1. Each player registers and selects a time slot.
2. NO PRE-PAYMENT OR PURCHASE IS NECESSARY.
3. Please arrive a few minutes before your assigned time:

• Arrive fully dressed (except skates!)
• Bring your skates, gloves, helmet and stick.
• Each player will be photographed in multiple poses.

• If you are interested in sibling photos, you MUST book an additional slot. For example, if you have 2 children, please book 3 slots (one for each child and one for both together). Sibling photos are the most time-consuming sessions. If we accommodate siblings that don’t have a slot, it will cause disruptions to our session.

• Staff that wishes to be included in the team photo must also register and select a slot.

4. ONLINE EXPERIENCE – once your photos are ready, Mementos Photography will send you a link to your personalized, online gallery and you only buy the photos if you love them.

5. WE OFFER CHOICE

• Designs tailored to your association colours and logo
• At least 5 poses of each player and different facial expressions.
• Combine multiple designs in one package.
• We offer a variety of products and packages starting from $20.
• Products include: HD Digitals – Prints – Magnets – Trading Cards – Luggage Tags – Keychains – Plaques – Ornaments – and more…

6. FREE DIGITAL TEAM PHOTO

Mementos Photography will create the team photo as a composite created from individual photos. YOUR PARTICIPATION IS IMPORTANT as we can only create the composite if the majority of the team participates.

All players who have their individual photo taken, will get a free digital copy of the team photo, regardless of whether or not they place an order.
