OTTAWA GIRLS HOCKEY ASSOCIATION

1. Each player registers and selects a time slot within their assigned time.
2. NO PRE-PAYMENT OR PURCHASE IS NECESSARY.
3. Please arrive a few minutes before your assigned time:

• Arrive fully dressed (except skates!)
• Bring your skates, gloves, helmet and stick.
• Each player will be photographed in multiple poses.
• Staff that wishes to be included in the team photo must also register and select a slot.
• If you can’t make the slots assigned to your team, please email [email protected] Requests for different time slots are difficult to accommodate, as they imply moving lights and tripods to adjust to the height of the player, so please try to stick to the time assigned to your team. However, if this is not possible, we will try to find a convenient time.

4. ONLINE EXPERIENCE – once your photos are ready, Mementos Photography will send you a link to your personalized, online gallery and you only buy the photos if you love them.

• At least 5 poses of each player and different facial expressions.
• Combine multiple designs in one package.

6. FREE DIGITAL TEAM PHOTO

Mementos Photography will create the team photo as a composite created from individual photos. YOUR PARTICIPATION IS IMPORTANT as we can only create the composite if the majority of the team participates.

All players who have their individual photo taken, will get a free digital copy of the team photo, regardless of whether or not they place an order.
